We plan to achieve this by providing affordable services that offer flexible schedules to families. Our approach involves building confidence, changing mindsets, and setting realistic educational goals, which results in increased performance scores in reading and math, and better report grades. We also prioritize building strong relationships with students, parents, educators, and leadership teams.

Bilingual Tutor\Independent Contractor:
Certified teacher preferred; PreK-3rd, 1-5, ESS or higher certifications welcome. Retired teachers and others welcome.
We are seeking a bilingual tutor who is fluent in English and Spanish. You are welcome to bring your current clientele with you. Great communication, organization, documentation skills; willing to accept referrals; part time hours (up to 25hrs) during the school year (August-May); Full time hours (up to 40hrs).Participate in marketing events.

Jr. Tutors:
20 yrs or older, must pass background check\fingerprinting criteria. Great for teachers, college students, and those looking for part time employment with experience working in a classroom with younger students.

Hours of operation: The office is open 3:00pm- 8:00pm Mon.-Thurs. and 8:30 - 3:30pm Saturday. Make your own schedule.

Pay: Discussed if position is offered; paid weekly.
